The blank tender forms will be available on payment of Rs. ----------- (non-refundable) at DMER office on working day between 11 am to 5 p.m. from 19/8/2004  to 8/9/2004 . The duly filled tender form should reach the DMER office latest on  9/9/2004  by 1.00 p.m. Envelope No. 1 will be opened on the same day at    3-00 p.m.  in the presence of tenderer or their authorized representatives who remain present. The tender envelope should contain:
