GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Mumbai on behalf of

Governor of Maharashtra invites separate sealed tenders for each equipment in

duplicate by two envelopes system (two-bid system) for supply of equipments

as mentioned below.

at DMER office on working day between 11 am to 5 p.m. from 17/02/2005 to03 /03/2005.

The duly filled tender form should reach the DMER office latest on 04/03 /2005 by 1 p.m.

Envelope No. 1 will be opened on the same day at 3-00 p.m.  in the presence of tenderer

or their authorized representatives who remain present. The tender envelope should contain:

   This envelope should be clearly marked as Envelope No. 1 & should contain the
