Sealed Tenders by two envelope system  were invited from the manufacturers / authorised dealers and suppliers for supply of  following equipments for the Govt. Hospitals in Maharashtra State. for the period from 12 /08 /2004   to 01 /09 /2004  & First Extension  from 11/11/2004  to 25 /11/2004 Due to poor response for  the said tender Notice,   the period of Tender   notice  is hereby extended by 15 days from 09 / 12 / 2004 to 23/12/2004.

The blank tender form alongwith terms and conditions and detail specification of the above equipment will be available from 09 /12  / 2004  to 23  /12  /2004  from the Directorate of Medical Education & Research, 4th floor, Govt. Dental College Bldg., St. George's Hospital Compound, Mumbai - 1 on any working day between 11.00 to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 to 4.00 p.m. on payment of price tender form cash (non-refundable) in person.  The blank tender form will not be sent by post.

The tender in sealed cover duly superscribed with tender No. and item as mentioned in the terms and conditions should be submitted to the Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Mumbai on or before      24 /12  /2004   upto 1.00 p.m. sharp.

The undersigned reserved the rights to enhance or reduce the quantity or to decide not to purchase any tendered item, to accept any tender in full or in part, to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The envelope No.1 will be open at 3.00 p.m. in the presence of tenderer or their authorized representative who may remain present on  24 /12 /2004.

The tender form duly filled in by the tenderer will not be accepted by post.
