GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER), Mumbai on behalf of Governor

of Maharashtra invites separate sealed tenders for each equipment in duplicate by two

envelopes system (two-bid system) for supply of equipments as mentioned below.

The blank tender forms will be available on payment of Rs. ----------- (non-refundable)

at DMER office on working day between 11 am to 5 p.m. from 10/03/2005 to24 /03/2005.

The duly filled tender form should reach the DMER office latest on 25/03 /2005 by 1 p.m.

Envelope No. 1 will be opened on the same day at 3-00 p.m.  in the presence of tenderer

or their authorized representatives who remain present. The tender envelope should contain:
