Sealed Tenders by two envelope system are invited from the manufacturers / authorised dealers and suppliers for supply of equipments for the Govt. Hospitals in Maharashtra State.

The blank tender form alongwith terms and conditions and detail specification of the above equipment will be available from 15/7/2004 to  4/8/2004 from the Directorate of Medical Education & Research, 4th floor, Govt. Dental College Bldg., St. George's Hospital Compound, Mumbai - 1 on any working day between 11.00 to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 to 4.00 p.m. on payment of price tender form cash (non-refundable) in person.  The blank tender form will not be sent by post.

         

The tender in sealed cover duly superscribed with tender No. and item as mentioned in the terms and conditions should be submitted to the Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Mumbai on or before  5/8/2004  upto 1.00 p.m. sharp.

           

The undersigned reserved the rights to enhance or reduce the quantity or to decide not to purchase any tendered item, to accept any tender in full or in part, to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

           

The envelope No.1 will be open at 3.00 p.m. in the presence of tenderer or their authorized representative who may remain present on  5/8/2004
